Irrigation Water

Water is on. Currently, we are running off our well system, to get things prepped and make repairs. There will be times where we don’t have full pressure or it’s off for maintenance. We anticipate irrigation water delivery on April 13th. This means we should be a full capacity and pressure by this time. Please be sure to follow the watering schedule of:

• Even ending addresses water Monday, Wednesday, Friday

• Odd ending addresses water Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

• Sunday is a makeup day for the common areas.

This schedule should allow the system to distribute water evenly throughout the community so pressure is maintained. If everyone waters at the same time/day, it creates too much demand on the system and simply drains the water available more rapidly than it can be replaced causing the pumps to loose pressure and eventually shut down. Once pressure is lost, no one can water. This schedule does not impact hand watering plants in pots or even garden beds that need more frequent small drinks. Everyone is on the honor system in watering on their days. If you see someone not following the schedule, please remind them in a courteous manner. We encourage good watering habits, and hope everyone will be mindful of what they are watering and when they are watering.

Parking

It’s that time of year where everyone gets out their toys and starts getting ready to camp and travel. Please remember the rules on parking. The garage should be used for parking first, and trailers or equipment should not be out for more than 24 hours at a time for loading and unloading.

Fence Stain

If you’re looking to stain your fence this season, be sure you have the right fence color. It can be found online in the ACC Guidelines, and is: Woodscapes Flat brand, and the color is Flagstone Gray (SW3023).
