Dues Reminder
If you haven’t paid your dues, you’re late and have received a late fee and your final notice. To avoid collections, please log into your account online at https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/ and make payment today. You may also mail in payment or deliver it to the office.
Golf Carts
There are a lot of golf carts and 4 wheelers in the community. Please do not drive or park these in the grass. They leave tracks that do not look great later. Please keep these on the roads and parked along the curb.
Pet Stations
Pet waste bags have been added to the signs in the common areas that remind residents of leashing and cleaning up after their pets. Please use the bags when needed, and properly dispose of them in your own garbage or in one of the pool garbage cans.
Shrubs and Trees
It’s almost Fall. Please look at the growth your shrubs and trees have accomplished this season, and make sure they are trimmed. Shrubs should not impact sidewalks, and trees should be about 8ft above the sidewalk.
Portable Basketball Stands
Portable basketball stands are not permitted in the front yard, driveway or street. You may put one in your back yard. If you want a permanent in-ground stand, please submit for approval to the ACC. Stands must be a minimum of 10 feet from the sidewalk along the side of the driveway.
Pool Closing
The pools are always open until Labor Day. Following this day we start to watch the weather. We will announce closures as soon as we start seeing lower temperatures.
