Century Farm not only offers families spacious new homes in Meridian ID, but a unique new community designed to maximize neighborhood connections through walkways, pathways and parks. Individual neighborhoods may have parks, linear open space and walking trails. In addition, active play areas include open fields and playgrounds. Century Farm includes a farm-style pavilion and walking trails at the entrance of East Taconic and South Eagle. The farm-style pavilion provides both an iconic entrance and usable open space for the residents of Century Farm. In addition, current amenities include two community pools and two playgrounds for children located near each pool.
One of the most exciting elements of Century Farm is Hillsdale Elementary (West Ada School District) located inside the community*, the new South Meridian location of the Treasure Valley YMCA (with future aquatic center under construction) and new City of Meridian Hillsdale Park. This unique community asset and partnership has been made possible by land contributions from Brighton Corporation and Martin & Dixie Hill. In addition, a small Meridian Library branch is located at the YMCA in a boxcar specially designed as a children’s library.
