February 2022 Community Newsletter
Food Trucks
We’re so glad that residents are loving the food truck visits! Please thank your neighbor Halani Roll for coordinating this! The next visits are scheduled for:
TONIGHT – Tacos Patron 4:30-7:30pm
2/18 – Chow-O-Bunga 4:30-7:30pm
2/19 – Bolton Brothers Kitchen 8:30am – 1pm
2/22 – World’s Best Corndogs 4-7pm
2/25 – Big Jud’s 4:30-7:30pm
Pet Waste Reminder
The common areas, especially along the paths, has become littered with pet waste. This is upsetting as a community to see this disrespect. Please be a responsible pet owner and carry bags to clean up after they poop. Make sure any kids walking dogs are also doing this. It takes everyone doing their part to maintain the community.
Trailers
We’ve noticed more trailers hanging around the community in the streets and driveways at homes. Please remember that these are only allowed in view for up to 24 hours. After that they should be stored off-site and out of view.
Recreational Vehicles
Please do not drive recreational vehicles, like ATV’s, motorcycles, side-by-sides, 4-wheelers in the common areas. Even in the snow, these items damage the grass and leave ruts, can damage sidewalks, and are dangerous around pedestrians that may be walking or riding their bikes on the paths.
