Community Events
Keeping a community together through the years is best done with fun, meaningful community activities. We’ve created a new online calendar to post events to. We’re always looking for volunteers to help coordinate these activities. If you have an interest in doing event in the neighborhood, let us know by reaching out to management via email: hoa@brightoncorp.com.
Vandalism
We’ve seen an uptick in vandalism around communities across the valley, so please keep a watchful eye out for anything out of the ordinary. Many playgrounds, signs, and mailboxes have been hit with graffiti. Please report suspicious behavior to the police. Call 911 for emergencies, but you can call 208-377-6790 for non-emergencies or file a report online at https://meridiancity.org/police/make-a-report/.
Pet Etiquette
Please remember that not everyone loves your furry family members like you do, and pet waste left in common areas is frustrating and disgusting. Be sure to keep your pets leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
ACC Requests
If you have plans to improve your landscaping, add a shed, patio, or anything else to the exterior of your home, front or backyard, please remember to get ACC approval in advance prior to installation. You can fill out the request form online. You may also view the ACC Guidelines and CC&Rs on the community site.
