Flag Compliance

During recent compliance inspections, numerous prohibited flags were observed within the community. Per the CC&Rs, all residents must adhere to established guidelines regarding flag displays.

  • Owners are limited to the display of two (2) of the following types of flags:
  • The current official flag of the United States of America;
  • The current official flag of the State of Idaho;
  • The POW/MIA flag; or
  • An official or replica flag of any branch of the United States armed forces.

Please make sure your flag complies with community standards.

Holiday Decorations

A friendly reminder that all outdoor holiday lights and other decorations should be taken down by January 31st.

Pet Reminders

Dogs should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people or other animals. This simple act ensures everyone’s safety and comfort. Additionally, remember to clean up after your pet. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Respect others and keep public spaces clean for everyone.

Snow Removal

When it snows, it’s important to clear sidewalks and driveways for safety.  Don’t shovel snow into the street, as this can lead to flooding when the snow melts. Also, never block a fire hydrant, since firefighters need quick access in emergencies. Instead, pile snow on your lawn.
