July 2022 Community Newsletter
Street Food Finder
Our neighborhood is now live on the Street Food Finder app. Street Food Finder is an easy app you can download to stay up to date on food trucks in our neighborhood (as well as other surrounding places). You’re able to save specific food trucks and hot spots (such as our neighborhood) and get alerts for when the trucks are scheduled. You can also share this link with other friends outside the neighborhood if they’re interested in attending. This resource is great for those that aren’t frequently on Facebook and need some reminders! We will still be posting on Facebook and in the Newsletters, but this is just another resource for our community members.
Pool Reminders
Please make sure children under 13 are accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. There’s been reports of children using the pools without supervision. children in diapers should wear reusable swim diapers or plastic pants with elasticized legs and waistband to avoid accidents. Accidents can cost the responsible party approximately $250 in cleaning costs. Please also be courteous of others, and do not throw items from one side of the pool to the other to avoid accidental injuries. If there are any questions regarding rules, please refer to the posted signs and facility rules posted online, or contact management. Thank you for following the rules, so we can all enjoy the pool!
Dirt Bikes
Please keep dirt bikes and other similar equipment off the common areas. These items tear up the grass and are dangerous for other pedestrians using these areas.
