Easter Event

Join your neighbors for a fun-filled Easter Egg hunt in the common area next to pool #2 on Terri Ave. on Saturday, April 19th, at 11:30am. If you would like your kids to participate, drop off 20-24 filled Easter eggs, per child, no later than Friday, April 18th to 3501 E. Woodville Dr. We look forward to seeing you there!

2025 Irrigation Season

The irrigation districts will begin releasing water into canals during the first week of April.  Water delivery to residents is estimated to be around April 14th.  An email notification will be sent out when we receive updates.

Spring Lawn Tip

Spring is the optimal time to apply a pre-emergent herbicide to your lawn. This proactive measure prevents weeds from germinating for a weed-free lawn and ensures a healthier, more vibrant turf throughout the growing season.

Spring Market

Mark your calendars for the next Century Farm Spring Market on Saturday May 31, 2025 from 9am-1pm at Hillsdale Park.

If you’d like to be a vendor you can register here: Vendor Registration

If you want to lend a hand: Sign Up Here

Motorized Vehicles

Homeowners have observed unauthorized motorized vehicles traversing the community common areas.  This activity is prohibited for pedestrian safety as well as maintaining our shared green spaces. Please keep your motorized vehicles on the roads.

Pet Reminders

Dogs should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people or other animals. This simple act ensures everyone’s safety and comfort. Additionally, remember to clean up after your pet. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Respect others and keep public spaces, including neighbor yards, clean for everyone.
