September 2021 Community Newsletter
Important Watering Schedule
We’re coming up on the last stretch of the irrigation season, and it’s been announced that the irrigation district will shut down on September 15th. The community will begin using backup water after that until October 1st. We want to remind everyone that it is important to follow the established water schedule:
- Even ending addresses water Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Odd ending addresses water Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Sunday is a makeup day for the common areas.
This schedule should allow the system to distribute water evenly throughout the community, so pressure is maintained even as water is limited. We appreciate everyone doing their part, so we have a successful irrigation season.
Garage Sale
The Fall garage sale is set for this Saturday, September 11, 2021. An ad has been placed in the Statesman and a sign put at the main entrance. Anyone wanting to participate can from their own garage or driveway. Residents may put out additional signs, and are encouraged to post on social media. Good luck to everyone.
Pool Closure
Our pool season is coming to an end. The last day of swimming will be Sunday, September 19th. The pools will be official closed on September 20th. We hope you enjoyed the facilities, and look forward to next season.
Back to School
School is back in session for most, and we do have lots of kids within the neighborhood and around us. Please slow down as they will be out and about heading to school and bus stops.
